I deleted all of my posts on here, for various reasons. Mostly to change the title and theme of this page. I don't like the topic. I was starting to feel rather ignored.

Anyway, what I wanted to say here - or rather ask - is where have all the good musicians gone? Like Paula Cole, Peter Gabriel, The Alan Parsons Project. They're not dead, not yet anyway, but no one seems to be even remotely paying attention to what their music can accomplish. We need the hypnotizing effect of modern Linkin Park, the voices of Paula Cole and Paul Carrack, and the danceability of BassHunter and the Black Eyed Peas. Although, some of those aspects may already be in some music pieces, we need all of them together. No, I'm not saying to a nasty remix using various songs from all those artists. I am merely saying that we should try to give our songs definition. We need more meaning in our lives, not stuff about black men beating cops and raping women, not little white boys trying to find a chick who likes his sappy "love" songs. I admit that I can do nothing of what I say, I have no talent, other than playing multiple instruments. I am just sick and tired of what I find on Billboard.com. Yeah, sure they may be pleasing to the ears. This song or that may be a really good club tune. And this song may have a really good meaning, but little to no other musical talent. Companies need to start being picky. I don't care if that means they have to pay people more, they can very easily raise the price on how much the music costs, being that there are fewer people with a combination of words, meaning, and music. And they need to be able to flow together and make sense.

And on that note, I bid thee adieu.
